Great post Plugged.I was thinking more in terms of if Senegal govt was just offering the blocks up now,and the signature bonuses involved.Tbrewster,the drilling must commence within 1 year of the Shell commitment.1 Billion barrels is based on 1,repeat 1 of the targets,a giant buried hill indicated by the 3D siesmic.There are several more stacked fans and shelf edge closures indicated,with more than 100 million barrels each.The CSEM is obviously targeting the most promising of these.
