Basic economic theory suggests more supply reduces prices so that will come down to how much gas can be supplied and by who or how many isn't too relevant.
Are we free to send any gas we find wherever we like? Today, yes. Down the track I am not so sure. It wouldn't surprise if NSW the state that doesn't produce 1 Tj at the moment all of a sudden introduces a reservation scheme.
