PEP11 must be administered on its merits as a stand alone permit under the law. All this noise that is being made about the East Coast is in fact going to play no part in the administration of that permit. Without looking too deeply into I I cannot imagine NOPTA having a provision that provides for an approval based on the proximity of the needed gas. Therefore if Senex or any other company want to solve the East Coast shortage (not that they will or could) then good luck to them.

Our permit if for the acreage in question and if that is approved and if we find gas then we can decide where and to whom it goes.

Japan will take Pep11's production and pay bonuses just to be Pep11's main distributor, any leftovers Pep11 can afford to donate to single mothers & low income families.
