JD I reckon maybe a compilation to go with that email as this person whom obviously will not refer to you with proper initials is clearly in breach of the code of ethics and is deliberately trying to destroy shareholder wealth.
To not take up the rights issue to help the company is akin to running around now stabbing people in the back to make them sell because "things are really bad"
