Hi F&B.
I think you may not have scrolled down Pintos' post far enough, but in any case, like I keep alluding to on here, it is not in my financial interest to have my grave doubts about this BOD or the deal on offer proved correct.I want to be wrong.I actually want to have to come on here and say with my hands in the air that I was totally wrong about this board, that their lack of communication on just about the most crucial issues one could imagine was nothing to do with total indifference or lack of respect.
I want to be able to come on here and say they did not make the classic mistake that so many companies before them have made in all walks of life, and tried to run before they could walk with no chance whatsoever of having enough funds to carry that through.
I want to be able to say that they really did frame lock their presentations because of time restrictions, rather than have some master of spin pouring over the contribution second by second, surreptitiously editing out all the stuff that they felt would be best left on the floor a few months ago in case the true state they were in, and heading for, would become apparent to one and all.

I want to be able to say, after I have read the Chairmans (now ridiculously overdue) letter that now I understand completely why they considered handing over control of such an outstanding workforce and resources to another Country.

I want all of the above opinions that I have held for some time now to be proved completely wrong so I can buy back in for the third time in eighteen months with renewed confidence in this company and hopefully start to show a profit.

Jesus this will have to be one helluva letter.
