To date they have issued 12.5% of the issued capital of the company for these 2 raises alone. The limit in any one 12 month period without shareholder approval is 15% and they may already be there given the shares issued under the CN arrangements and bonus/options. I knew they were going to raise capital but thought they would raise more and the 15% rule explains why.

Another capital raise is coming folks, with a Prospectus and a shareholder vote. Get the presses ready, it's all going off within the next month.
