It hasn't taken GS long to get things moving. Within 5 days MAE had bought the Helper & Ok assets from ODY. 8 days after that they had a new prominent Oil & Gas director on the board.
I wouldn't be selling my shares in the hope you can buy back cheaper closer to takeover time, expect the unexpected. No doubt GS will want a solid sp leading up to the sale. Its been a month now since the last operations update, so we are over due for an announcement - even by MAE standards. I presume GS will be calling the shots now, so we have many announcements re flows etc to look forward to over the coming weeks. I thought we might have had an announcement last week, probably better for them to save it up for a better week on the markets.
