rickybobbyinc/others: To me, the most crucial two points are:
a) Senegales government grants EXTENSION to FAR (i.e. FAR can keep the territory)
b) The CSEM results are NOT 'too bad' (they cannot be GREAT, because if they were, Shell would not be walking away). Hence, the best kind of scenario is that the results are "o.k." but not good enough for Shell's elevated standards....
Here is hoping.
IF FAR
a) does not get the extension and/or
b) the CSEM results are 'terrible'
then FAR's sp will take a drop to about the 3c level - at least temporarily.
All JIMHO, of course.
