Overreaction to an earings forcast make. This was not a miss and cash flow will exceed expectations. Did sound like the CEO was warning of continued EDBITDA decline in the future which has spooked the market.
Have a look at long term TESTRA revenue it has been flat lining for many years this is nothing new. During this time Teltsra hit all time highs. The SP rarely reflects the actual value but more the sentiment at the time.
So disapointing to be down %8 so far on a minor negative news. Telstra has all the same problems it has has for many years but it still remains around 50% of the telecommunications market in this country. Forget growth look at value with Telstra. At some stage we will grow again. Very long term buy and hold stock.
