In another example, we have one of the slowest internet connections amongst developed countries .... I tend to blame telstra for this too.. TLS just isn't switched ON recent years.

CEO and executive team don't care.. Must be a mess to manage company like telstra, such a mess, that you'd just give and go home with your fat salary... that's what's happening with TLS. Executives are in it just for $$$. (and that's a global issue..)
Good luck to all holders though.. tide will turn and you'll get your cash back, it may just take a while...
