Unless the media repeat a line to us we do not learn or remember the past. No one can even recall Abbott's years of delaying the NBN in parliament. The NBN under Labor would have been finished with huge MBPS through out and few stuff ups as there was no reliance on 100 year technology. End cost would have been similar as doing on job properly once costs less than doing the same job on the cheap 2 or 3 times.
