    The last time RSI dipped below 30 was around the 3/11/09.
    Using 30 as an over sold level could be deemed satisfactory as the subsequent rise a few days later to abolve 30 marked the start of the uptrend which ended around 23/11/09 also clearly marked as over bought by RSI using 70 as a marker for overbought.

    RSI currently around 45 and dropping
