There was a drilling overrrun
Completion then commenced and the well was scheduled to be on production late October/early November.

The only overrun occurred during drilling. Completion was always going to happen upon success and nothing indicates that this is running over time. Seperate exercise that is going to plan. What is the point that you're actually trying to make?
