I'm happy to stick by my comment .Yes I'm saying that I'm expecting the Ind to be submitted as the announcements states "by April"...
IMO...once submitted the IND takes 1 month to be accepted by the FDA.
However most punters will see the submission as a start to the 2b trial..ANP have already consulted with the FDA as to the design of the IND...so it should eaccepted.
Investment $$ pour in when one goes into a 2b study...eg Innate.
