Problem is also MD is not thinking big like investing his fat salary into the shares.
if he really believes then boom into it it goes and then he will then market it more out there.
atm he comfortable with the fat pay while sooner or later he knows cap raising time and will put in a bit of an effort and make investors have to fork out somehow
