ecsc if you read the newspapers you would obviously be aware of declining property values all around the world. Even in todays AFR it repeats that fact again.
Also, the IMF reported last week that they expect commercial, retail and industrial property values to decline further well into next year particularly in the UK.
I would like yourself or Roger Rogerson to show me facts supporting the argument that everything has turned around.
At the moment your arguments are based on hope and speculation.
