I'm with you guys there. Privatisation is a distinct possibility given the current share price, potential future earnings for buyer and the fact that the market is undervaluing gmg based on fear and risk due to GFC. Also could explain why this is taking so long.
Unless traders hold gmg when a statement is announced, they could miss out.
IMHO $1 is not out of the question.
