So how would this work? Would Greg make an offer price of say $0.60 and we all would vote on that? Do we have a say? If this is the more likely scenario now then surely Greg would want to get something out to the shareholders soon. The drop in sp atm must surely be working to his advantage though.
For those who bought in under $0.40 an offer of $0.60+ would be fantastic, however I'm sure it's a different story for those long term investors...
Any thoughts on this??
