That's a 2 bagger but there's more AUC has a few things going for it, location, location, location yes I did say that 3 times. Weather: (CAI near Marble Bar it's one of the hottest places in the world ) CAI is FIFO with mining camp. AUC will be residential and/or DIDO that's = $. Infrastructure: CAI none. AUC town power town water sealed roads, Katanning farming town with speciality shops and expert specialist in big machinery. Also only a 3 hour drive from Perth compared to a 2 day trip to Marble Bar. ( Note many jobs on a mine site are specialist with their own equipment driving with vehicle and trailer to site ) that's = $ Staff: poaching and retaining. Skilled family man can return home every night to have his dinner. AUC has been years in the making it's now it's AUC,s time PFS is dew next month.
