    I get some reduction in my "risk" radar from there being sanctioned mining at adjacent islands.

    Very close to Irvine, and have been through the enviro process and hopefully their environments are the same as Irvine.

    Hopefully there are no major obsticles to be found. But agree the investigations will be required to be intensive. And will take time.
