Indirectly, yes - its as much the time required to collect the information that goes into a referral. This is the same anywhere and one of the probs faced by any explorer in Oz these days.

We've actually planned to shorten the time by making sure we collect environmental information from our resource holes - another advantage of core drilling .....makes sense but not done by as many companies as you might think, unfortunately. All too common for explorers have to go back and redrill just to collect info for a referral.
