not sure what your heading is about (3!), but as for the placement today I think many other spc companies/directors should take AEX as aexample of how thing can be done without screwing over shareholders, deal was announced & market makers moved in immediately rerating the sp up to 500% higher from its lows giving stale holders a decent exit price, a week later the placement many where dreading was placed at .025 being 500% higher then the previous announced/scrapped placement which AEX could have easily announced the raising at low 1's if greed was going to be the game here, this gives signals to the market real management has stepped in with serious support that dont intend to screw there holders, atleast for now anyway.

AEX has won my repect back for now, will be a stock to watch for months to come as the story develops
