This is what got me on to IF ... inter Fasting.
Have heard people (Obese) saying proudly that they have not eaten for 3 hours and are starving.
As Dr Jason Fung says .... we never give our bodies time for insulin to use up the food we give it.
Instead we bomb it every few hours ..... so it tries to store it in the liver etc and the liver is fatty
and full so now it is flooded into the blood stream.... to cause all sorts of trouble.

Hi milo, I have a friend who wants to try intermittent fasting and would like to give her the link for the Fung explanation you provided here.

Is this possible please? She's been told she's got fatty liver and needs to lose a few kgs.
