Hi Milo, I hit a roadblock the other day. I woke tired, and stayed tired all day. Why, I kept asking myself. Do I "lack" food because of the fasting or have I simply had too few hours of sleep, which usually impacts me but as the day wears on I cope OK. The coping OK didn't occur, I was still mega tired. Continued with the fasting however. Next evening I slept 9 hours plus a bit more. The day was perfectly satisfactory for me. I have read that some people who fast and also reduce calories can find fasting difficult. I began to wonder if that was what had happened to me. So, I ate steak plus vegies and salad and fish. Seemed to be the answer.
OK - just checking in. I don't want another day of feeling blahhh, so am going to ensure that I do eat during the eating hours rather than take the eating hours as an opportunity of calorie reduction. Didn't work for me, anyway. Maybe I am wrong about my self-analysis? Open slather folks - go ahead....lol
