Yes red meat is ok , decided to to have it as was trying everything to lower blood pressure and it was the Doctor's suggestion , wife has never eaten red meat so makes her cooking meals for us both a bit simpler .
Red meat is considered to have some anti clotting abilities , last year I had a DVT that went to my longs causing a pulmonary embolism , red meat could have helped to prevent that .
We have a lot of salads for dinner so plenty of vegies there , the fruits we grow (and some vegies )
90kg 6 foot 2 body fat around 22% no gut , can leg press 300kg so not overweight , sleep ok but as you mention sleep is important , I do not know protein or carb intake ,must be ok given not overweight .

Your diet of seeds is interesting , I have diverticulitis so have to be a bit careful about seeds
Beer is 5% alcohol
We have a lot of stir fried food , we use olive oil so going on what you state that is not good ,
