    I'm new to the thread and haven't read all the posts. Forgive me if I repeat some things already covered.

    I have been doing IF for years, long before I knew it existed as a diet. We eat early in the evening, Lady Dog, who is not well, goes to bed early, I sit up late. Breakfast is when it happens, often around 10 AM. It is a bacon & egg + cooked brekky.

    I Haven't lost a gram. I'm overweight but not obese. The Lady has never had a weight problem

    If you want to lose weight this way take keto seriously, that is more than just low carb. No one in my household has diabetes but if they did I would take keto VERY seriously.
