    Fat is fine...( in moderation,,, butter is better ) ??

    Butter is 80% fat and 20% water, so butter is fat, fat doesn't need to be in moderation, fat is what makes u full
    Butter makes food taste a lot better, like Grandma used to use for dinner

    Soy give you the runs because its high in fibre, don't eat that crap the fibre is not digestible or absorbable - totally useless for human consumption

    Full cream milk or even better a shot of coconut oil in your coffee, that will wake u up... i do it

    You get gas from undigested carbohydrate fibers. They remain undigested, and as they enter the colon, the bacteria that reside there SWARM the carb fibers and FERMENT them.
