acb, you are right, and harvery norman is not a small business, but they and their like got the bulk of the bonus, for the tv's etc
now they are rubbing hands together again for the 'set top box rort'...or another handout that reaches all the way back to china we have an almost zilch manufacturing sector, apart from the car makers most of the east coast or non mining sectors are hurting.. and consumers are really to scared to venture back to support retailers and others the building industry with all its small operators are hurting, except for the bigger building retailers, who are benefitting from the 31 billion spent in the last year
