That was the major part of the problem,the exorbitant management fees OKed by the gov,for no real benifit.No watched dog to watch over it and huge dollars wasted.But eagle says this is what saved Australia.Just how you save anything except the banks by wasting billions of dollars is hard to understand.Less should have been spent on more sensible things and we would be miles in front.I am in small business and so are most of my friends and consider it absolute rubbish that we were saved by this foolishness.Australia survivesd IN SPITE of the labs.
