I strongly disagree with "The ONLY thing that has value is future cash flows."

Investing is all about buying the hottest sexiest hyped up stock that everyone raves about. That's why these nosebleed eye watering tech and healthcare bubbles exist. lol if you think investing is about "cash flows", yea it's about cashflow if you're prepared to wait for eternity with near 0 discount rate.
