    "Terminal revenue"

    any long duration growth stock will have $∞ fair value if the discount rate is lower than TGR. For the healthcare and tech darlings,

    (1) choose a price target you want your darling stock to be
    (2) manipulate the discount rate down so it gives that price target (even if it must go below the US 10 year)
    (3) Done.
