You can find this information by looking at the 'change of directors interest notice' issued over the years.

For example last Sept (8th), he bought 45,700 at $2.02 per share.
Remember at the time we had all the national papers sinking their boots in, Fosters embarassing sell report, and literally 100's of punters on HC slamming the company and its prospects from all directions.

Given the news since then, and the companies extremely bright prospects currently, I'd suggest he's always purchased for the long term.
