    Yeah it was the Nexus team that said that in the report..

    NXS was going to borrow $200m+ to pay for the take over which would of seen a contiued decrease in the share price

    anyway just hold and see wait happens maybe another party will jump in at the opportunity ...explains the 5m+ selling volume yesterday though (insiders)
