people who called $30/T must has not been to China for many years
in China, everything is expensive now, most of things are expensive than Australia, houses, appartments, clothes, food--basic things, not to mention the luxary staff.
If saying $30/T 10 years before, I definitely can believe,because the Average meter of an appartment is about 5000RMB-- 1000 AUD
but now, most of appartment in Beijing and Shanghai, the price of average Square meter is around 40000RMB--$8000 aud/m, not to mention in the City areas. how come u get $30/T then?? be realistic!
why Albert called to be more strict to foreigner (mainly Chinese) to buy houses in Au? because a 60 square meter appartment in Beijing and Shanghai can be worth half million AUD.
how many People in Beijing alone? 2o million people..
I am a Chinese BTW...I was just an average person in China, went to work 9am-5pm
came to Au 7 years ago, thought everything in Australia was expensive, but nowI think everything in Australia is cheap...the reason is that if I go back to China, I will spend more on the same things
