I can only guess what management hold in the US, but insto's own 228m shares (CDI equiv) out of a total of 308m shares issued in the US. A further 273m shares issued in Australia.

I don't like those odds!

Best chance to cover shorts is to scare the bejeezuz out of Aussie CDI holders and shake the tree.
