Anyone want to discuss the events that may occur in the lead up to the August key date?

I went back to the 16-Apr-2013 Notice of AGM that provided more information about the investment by CX, and noted that unless CX sell their shares beforehand, an IPO is a likely outcome.

Given that preparing an IPO is likely to take more than one month, we should expect to hear about such an item imminently. As this has not occurred yet, Is a private sale of CX's shares a likely outcome?

And have I read the fine print correctly, that CX can also offer TSN's shares in TSi as part of that sale?
