That was my calc of IRR and estimate (25% compound return per year). Our share price is a run on speculation and sentiment. It cannot reflect a fundamental value as we don't know what it is.
CX will get the best deal it can ( from us or the wider market). In one of my first posts when starting posting here again since 2011 I pretty much stated that buying this share, was buying part of a Private Equity deal. You will not know the value until the PE manager decides it's time to exit and devises its exit strategy.
Naturally management is important, so they will have some pull in the deal. Hard to sell a business if management walks.
On my recent purchases I am deep red, balanced by the few I have bought over the years.
I am bullish India which is what attracted me to the stock years ago. I think the pointy end is coming soon, whichever way it goes. Expect more volatility.
