Haven't seen anything that suggests so. the Apr'13 announcement seems to suggest that CX paid a premium to TSN to gain the controlling share in TSi.
If TSN want a controlling share, no doubt CX will expect a premium also, but now based on the increase in value of TSi over the three year period.
