I disagree. I would think that if the results are good there will absolutely be no need for a CR. The phase 3 trials are a big deal and expensive and at that juncture a Big Pharma (or multiples of them) will be falling over themselves to do a commercial deal with BIT and drive the progress moving forward. If you read the letter to shareholders BIT directly say that if the results are good as anticipated this will pave the way for a commercial deal...
