No- because a deal is not a deal until executed. If there is a condition precedent of SH approval then we will find out before finalisation...On that note I doubt there will be a complete buy out of BIT... I think there will be a sale of BIT 225 under an awesomely lucrative licence deal or outright sale of that particular drug creating massive revenue...of course only if the science stacks up, as the company appears to believe it will...Cheers
