I'm not too worried about that. I expect the HIV will take a little while longer.

In the case of the Australian Cohort, they are trying to find the virus in patients that are careful and dedicated. Many have had near undetectable virus levels for years due to their careful use of ART, (Anti Retro-viral Therapy).

There have to be thousands of blood samples to go through.

HIV hides, and those hidden buggas return periodically.
This is what BIT225 was originally made for. Exposing the HIV so the immune system and ART can do their job and kill it.

Covid news could drop at opening tomorrow, but the HIV won't be rushed out IMO. That being said, there have been hints of a preliminary report.

What do Covid 19, HIV and BIT225 have in common?
They can all pass through the Blood Brain Barrier.
