ResApp health is one, I had shares in this company and it was a TO deal, unfortunately it was heavily manipulated and taken over for an absolute steal.
The SP was manipulated down over ~1 year period and then a "generous offer" was put forward, it was a pittance of what it was worth but because of accumulation manipulation it was put to vote and the "majority" (BP) got it for next to nothing.
Such bulls@&t that companies are allowed to carry out this practice, it truely is criminal. Worth reading up on so it doesn't happen here.
