The biggest delay in the last 15/20 years has been a Commercial Deal with Big Pharma not the Trail Results. I reckon at the moment the Delay is Negotiating the Percentage of ROYALTIES and Up FRONT PAYMENTS that Biotron will Recieve when Big Pharma gets the Drug to Market. Just my opinion.
