perhaps we all send an email asking for an update to MM and cc Biotron.

I was getting building work last year. It was meant to take 6 weeks. It took a full year. The thing is that once they started work it was very quickly evident that this was a huge job rather than the fix up and repair we all originally thought. I know that delays happen. The thing is that the company that they say is causing a delay would surely be able to tell Biotron how much longer the delay is expected to take. If Biotron think it is going to take a further 12 months they need to be upfront about it or at least say they are sorry and they have no idea how much longer and neither does the company that is doing the analysis.

You would imagine if another update came out with another 12 month wait on the results the ass would fall out of the SP and they know it. The latest updates have only gained them little reprieve but ultimatly backfired in mass aggrivation to even the most loyal SH's. The ruckus that will ensue from less than ideal results will no doubt draw attention.
