Apart from a few posters here, this looks very EXCITING. The market has kept the price up for approaching 5 months now. The wisdom of the market is expecting good news.
What about this theory..............
We know that under the ASX listing rules, BIT can withhold the results until they are fully complete, no problems here.
But, we also know that there are some NDA's (Non Disclosure Agreements) in place with interested parties. Nothing unusual here.
We also know that under ASX listing rules, BIT can withhold information while these NDA's are incomplete and ongoing.
SO, what if, the results are known, are good and are now under discussions with interested parties, which, we know can take some time.
So, where does that leave BIT, under current listing rules. The results might have been delayed in processing (they still could be) or, they could be known, but being discussed with others with those NDA's preventing disclosure to one party versus another.
BIT cannot make an announcement about the results until discussions are complete due to the NDA's, BIT cannot come out and inform us that those discussions are under way, as this would be unsubstantiated, and would send the share price flying as the market would ASSUME the results were good, and also BIT cannot come out and say the results are held up, as this would be a lie.
So, under current listing rules,and the legal ramifications of the NDA's, BIT could be stuck with making any sort of announcement at all.Best to keep quiet.
So ,they can only stay silent, as they are stuck with listing rules that make it hard to say anything.
Don't know. But sounds very promising to me, oh and umm, the whole market agrees, as the price is holding strong............(although sometimes markets do get tired of waiting as we can see by these threads)
