If the whole market agreed the SP would be much higher, it only went up at all from 3 cents to 12 cents because dopey Michelle said “preliminary results” were arriving “in coming weeks” so the existing SH seized the opportunity to hopefully make a few bucks. A lot has taken the profit and now the SP can fluctuate with just a buy or sell of a couple of hundred dollars, the volume is next to none.
