The only thing I would add - and I could well have missed it - is that I have not seen any mention of NDA's in place that are holding up the release of results - I went back almost a year with the announcements. Happy to have it pointed out to me though.

Also, no mention at all that BIT was in any form of arrangements or discussions with a third party. One would think that, if they were, it would have shown up in some funding from that third party for the trials themselves - that is not the case though. No funding means no obligations to any other party.
