I get your view, but i think it would be material if the BPs were involved in setting the parameters for the trial process. It would have to be disclosed by the co, as its martial.
The history of this company, shows us that there has been no BP interest to date and also lengthy delays in releasing it's results in the past. Hopefully, something has changed this time around.
