if the trials are successful a $1 or more offer would be a low ball offer. For a compulsory takeover they need to have 75% of shares and at the end of the takeover period they would have to have on their registry a minimum of 90% of shares.
If the HIV results are great in my opinion we could expect a license deal worth several billions of US$ including royalties.
