    "Fully funded" just means that have cash in hand to cover the expenses - not that there are funds elsewhere that will cover the expenses.

    The research expenses are still having to be paid from the available funds as listed in the accounts.

    They have to list all the assets under Australian Tax law - they don't then they end up in gaol.
